song4gifts provides personalized digital song creation based on information supplied by each customer. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Names
• Pronunciation guidance
• Contact details
• Story and personalization details

Customers must have the right to submit the stories, text, names, photos, recordings and other materials they provide. Customers may not intentionally infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person.

song4gifts does not promise reproduction of copyrighted songs, lyrics, recordings or protected arrangements without proper authorization. song4gifts creates original personalized material based on information supplied by the customer.

song4gifts does not permit unauthorized impersonation or voice cloning of real people without appropriate permission.

We combine modern music technology with real creative direction and human quality control.

Any applicable price will be shown before the customer submits payment.

Completed orders are delivered electronically. See our Digital Delivery Policy.

Refunds, cancellations, revisions, satisfaction requests, and payment disputes are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: cancellation before personalized production begins is fully refundable; completed orders include up to four revision rounds; and customers who are still not satisfied after the included revision process may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Completed personalized-song orders include up to four revision rounds, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Revisions are intended for reasonable changes within the information and creative direction you originally submitted with the order. A revision round is not an entirely new song based on a substantially different recipient, story, occasion, or creative brief.

song4gifts does not promise exclusive copyright ownership unless that right is expressly provided in writing.

You agree not to use song4gifts to create or submit content that is:

• Unlawful
• Infringing on the rights of another person
• Harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent
• An unauthorized impersonation of a real person
• Material you do not have the right to provide

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website or service availability and may update, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
